Hello There

My name is Caleb Aguilera and I am a Copywriter based in Fullerton, California. I love using words to inspire people. My specialty is thinking outside of the box to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines with minimal instruction. I’m passionate about working with creative brands that promote adventure and better living.

I currently work as a Copywriter at VeSync where I write technical and marketing copy for print, ecommerce, social media, blogs, and web assets while working according to strict deadlines. I have worked in many communication and management jobs such as a public relations writer at a Biola University, podcaster, newspaper editor, and copywriter. I studied Journalism and Integrated Media with an emphasis on Writing and Publishing at Biola University in La Mirada, California.

As the Lead Copywriter for the Etekcity 90-Day Fitness Challenge, I wrote the script campaign’s video ad and determined the creative direction.

Victorville Daily Press

The Daily Press is a local newspaper that covers the Victor Valley Region. They cover more than seven cities such as Victorville, Hesperia, Adelanto, Apple Valley, Phelan, Wrightwood and Barstow. I worked there as an intern during the summer of 2018 and as freelancer after that.

Backdrop Podcast

It’s impossible to explore my heritage without stumbling over my grandfather’s story. His name is Jose, but everyone calls him Skippy. His father walked out on him shortly after he was born. He never saw or heard from him again. My grandfather needed to know why his father left. A journey began, a search to track his father down. It’s full of twists and turns, sad surprises and hopeful revelations.
